Summer Night Music in Pickerington

Contemporary composer Sam Wu's Eagle Huntress calls on the sounds of traditional Mongolian music to tell the story of a fearless girl determined to forge her own path. Haydn's charming Symphony No. 83 is known as La poule — listen for the sounds of the hen that inspired this fanciful nickname. Tchaikovsky's warm and lush Serenade for Strings, a perennial favorite, is the perfect way to round out a summer evening of invigorating music.
