Celebrating 75 Years of Musical Excellence at

October 26-29, 2026
Join the Columbus Symphony in celebrating our 75th anniversary on one of the world’s greatest stages. This exclusive trip to New York City offers a one-of-a-kind experience in music and art, including a behind-the-scenes tour of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. These experiences will be complemented by a studio visit with an acclaimed artist, whose interdisciplinary work expertly combines music, performance, and visual arts in a crescendo of richly American themes.

Additional programming will include an intimate evening at the Baretto Jazz Club in our own private room, featuring a live jazz band. To conclude our trip, guests will convene at Carnegie Hall for the Columbus Symphony Orchestra’s 75th Anniversary Concert to celebrate our extraordinary talent, passion, and the highest standards of musicianship. The Carnegie Hall performance includes the world premiere of The Mysteries, a newly commissioned work by acclaimed American composer Gregory Spears. Superstar bass-baritone Davóne Tines, who is “changing what it means to be a classical singer” (Alex Ross, The New Yorker), will perform his Concerto No. 2: ANTHEM. Tchaikovsky’s powerful Fifth Symphony closes the program.
Guests will stay at Thompson Central Park near Central Park South.
