Subscription renewal is now available online for the 2017-18 Masterworks season! To renew your Masterworks 12, Masterworks 10*, or Southern 2* packages online, please follow the following instructions.
1) Click Renew Subscription Now button.
2) Log in using your email address and password. (If you don’t know your password, click the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? link and a temporary password will be sent to your email address)
3) If you have multiple accounts, please select Columbus Symphony.
4) Click VIEW INVOICE under “My Invoices.”
5) Follow the simple instructions to pay your invoice on the secure Account Manager website.
Any problems, questions or to renew by phone, please contact the CAPA Ticket Center at (614) 469-0939 or Ticketmaster Customer Service at 1-800-653-8000. You can also renew your subscription packages in person at the CAPA Ticket Center at 39 East State St.
