As a special gift to the city of Columbus, with the help of the Columbus Performing Arts Prize, there will be a free repeat performance of Beethoven's 9th Symphony with Rossen Milanov conducting on July 23rd at 7:30pm at the Columbus Commons! Bring your friends and join the Columbus Symphony Orchestra and Chorus for this FREE concert of Beethoven's glorious 9th Symphony.
You may begin setting up on the lawn at 5:30pm. The concert begins at 7:30pm and lasts for approximately one hour with no intermission. Admission is FREE. This is not a ticketed event. All seating is general admission on the lawn. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets and/or lawn chairs.
Patrons may bring their own food and beverages or purchase from on-site vendors. Patrons are permitted to bring their own beer and/or wine on-site. Coolers are permitted, but must be less than 2.5 feet in height.
